LET'S TASTE IT, JUST CAN GET AT LANGKAWI ONLY!

I’m sure, many people doesn’t know and see about this sea cucumber before… J

Let me introduce it!


This sea cucumber is call BERONOK

Beronok scientific name Acaudina molpadioides , is a kind of marine life like sea cucumber and live in muddy coastal areas. Beronok the raw meal which is in use as studs and the exotic food of the Malay community in Langkawi, Kedah.It is brown or pink and chewy like meat coconut and it's quite salty. Beronok also not be exposed to heat because it will melt.

It is some seaweed thingies it and it like Nata De Coco as it is a bit chewy, crunchy and soft at the same time This beronok can be make Kerabu. 





THE TASTE IS VERY DELCIOUS!!!!!!!!!!
